Background

Infinity Commercial Capital (ICC) was established with a primary focus on real estate advisory and underwriting. ICC will arrange commercial real estate financing for investors and property management companies for the acquisition of capital. ICC has numerous years of experience in the mortgage banking and investment industry. Since its inception, we have established strong business and civic relationships in the following states of Michigan, Georgia, Rhode Island, California, Washington, Florida, North Carolina and Ohio. We do not limit ourselves to any particular region in the United States and will review all qualified leads. We have a reputation of implementing solutions with cost-effectiveness, timeliness, honesty and integrity as core values.

Services and Capabilities

ICC recognizes the importance of having a full range of products and services. Financing for projects is available in all 50 states and loan values up to 90% LTV. Financial portfolio development will include establishing the project budget and cash flow analysis. It also includes assistance in the review, comparison and determination of financial proposals. Capital may be secured for the refinancing of a current property, new construction loans, new purchase acquisitions, credit-tenant, and asset based financing. The financing may be for shopping centers, free-standing retail, office plazas, faith based facilities, sports arenas, flagged hotels, golf courses, to name a few.

Our relationship with investment banks, insurance companies and pension funds enable us to underwrite loan requests with no funding limits and flexible loan structures. We are committed to servicing our clients with a wide range of financing options that includes working effectively with management teams and having a network of resources - MAI certified appraisals, legal documentation certification and due diligence requirements.
